电子衍射与衍衬分析,薄膜材料的制备与分析

主要研究方向

长期从事电子显微学,第一下原理计算研究,主要研究各种材料的原子结构、电子结构及其与性能关系。主要包括:人工及自然存在的超晶格材料及其介电和热电性能关系;相变存储材料及其它材料亚稳相及非晶相结构及其物理性能研究;半导体中的掺杂及合金化效应;能源材料的结构和优化。

先后参与完成973和科技部重大科学科学研究计划,主持完成国家自然科技基金和北京市自然科学基金等项目。

现主持国家自然科学基金“高电压钴酸锂表界面改性机制的跨尺度原位研究”。

刘显强,副研究员,博士生导师。2008年获北京工业大学凝聚态物理理学博士学位,师从中国科学院张泽院士。美国伦斯理理工学院访问学者(2013-2014)。先后参与完成973和科技部重大科学科学研究计划,主持完成国家自然科技基金和北京市自然科学基金等项目。

长期从事电子显微学,第一下原理计算研究,主要研究各种材料的原子结构、电子结构及其与性能关系。主要包括:人工及自然存在的超晶格材料及其介电和热电性能关系;相变存储材料及其它材料亚稳相及非晶相结构及其物理性能研究;半导体中的掺杂及合金化效应;能源材料的结构和优化。在国际知名期刊Phys. Rev. Lett.NPG Asia Mater., ACS Energy Letters, Carbon,   Journal of Power Sources, Acta Mater., Electrochimica Acta, Energy Storage   Materials等发表论文二十余篇。
